Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Pebblebee tracking experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items purchased directly from our store. If your device is not meeting your needs, we provide a streamlined process for returns and functional exchanges under our limited warranty.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.
- 2.Package Your Device
Place the Pebblebee device and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
